We always strive to make you happy with our handmade jewelry. We use only exclusive materials, such as our lightweight, high-quality concrete, to ensure superior quality and longevity. Each piece of jewelry is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure you receive only one that meets our quality standards.
The concrete jewelry purchased from Betonell comes with a manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty conditions:
Betonell offers a two-year warranty on its available concrete jewelry. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. Betonell's warranty covers the Federal Republic of Germany. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, Betonell will either repair the jewelry free of charge or replace it with an equivalent piece of jewelry free of charge (or, if the original product is no longer available, a successor model).
Warranty claims are excluded in the event of damage to the goods caused by
- abusive or improper treatment
- Failure to follow the care instructions (jewelry must not be worn while showering, bathing, sleeping, exercising or applying make-up/perfume)
- Theft or loss
- Environmental influences (humidity, heat)
- Use of violence (e.g. hitting, pushing, falling)
- unauthorized repair attempts
- normal wear and tear
Further important information
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that concrete jewelry can be fragile and may break if handled carelessly. Material-specific variations, such as color variations, air bubbles, or irregularities in texture, are normal for handcrafted concrete jewelry and do not constitute a warranty claim.
To make a warranty claim, Betonell must be allowed to examine the warranty claim upon request by sending the jewelry to Betonell. Care should be taken to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging.
To claim warranty service, you must provide Betonell with proof of purchase upon request (e.g., by enclosing a copy of the original receipt for the piece of jewelry). Please understand that without proof of purchase, we will have to refuse warranty service, as this proof is used to calculate the warranty period.
In any case, the warranty processing is freight-free. We will reimburse you for any shipping costs you may have incurred.

Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not limited by this guarantee and can be exercised by you free of charge.
Application for warranty service
Please follow the steps below to claim your warranty:
1. Please take a photo of the piece of jewelry you wish to complain about.
2. Please send us an email with your order number and the attached picture of your jewelry to support@betonell.de
