We ship all jewelry as parcels from Germany.

Orders generally cannot be canceled after they have been confirmed through our website. If a package cannot be delivered, the customer is responsible for proper return shipping and the original shipping costs. Please note that we assume no responsibility for orders that are deemed delivered or for which delivery attempts have been unsuccessful.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email, which also includes your tracking number. You can use this to track your BETONELL package at any time. The delivery time for packages via standard shipping within Germany is 2 - 4 working days.

However, please note that customs and shipping companies may require additional time to process and deliver your order. This may be particularly true during the pre-Christmas period or certain holidays (e.g., Valentine's Day, Easter).

For the delivery of our jewelry, we charge a flat rate per order:

The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

We are a young jewelry label with fair prices. Instead of concealing shipping costs, we disclose them openly and honestly. Beyond that, shipping costs have a purpose. They are costs that arise with every order – be it for packaging materials, labor, or the costs for the services and wages of DHL couriers.

We currently only ship our jewelry within Germany. Nevertheless, we are working on being able to ship our jewelry to other countries very soon.

For this reason, there are currently no customs duties or taxes on jewelry shipped within Germany.

The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of the order date and should not show any signs of wear. Please note that you are responsible for all costs associated with returns. Returns remain the responsibility of our customer until we receive them – therefore, we recommend that you send a trackable package. This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal and, of course, remains in effect.

Returns will be refunded to the original account used for payment. If the payment was made by credit card or PayPal, it may take some time for the transaction to clear with your bank. Depending on your bank, this can take up to 7 business days.

As soon as we receive your return, we will process your refund.

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. BETONELL will not accept returns without postage paid and will return them to the sender.

Returned jewelry must be in its original condition: Products must be new and unworn, and the white jewelry box must be present. Jewelry that is damaged, soiled, or has been worn will not be refunded. We ask that you use the original packaging for the return, if possible.

We recommend that you return your package to us using a secure, trackable shipping service of your choice. Please also ensure that your BETONELL package is insured and that the return form is included. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.

We also recommend that you keep the courier receipt until you receive your refund. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible. In exceptional cases, this may take up to 7 business days. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return your original order for a refund and place a new order. Thank you for your understanding.
